Production Supervisor, 1st Shift

Location: Southeastern Wisconsin (relocation package available) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift (occasional Saturdays) Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Compensation: Up to $75K base + $10k potential bonus + merit increase + premium pay for weekend work Relocation Assistance: Available Our client is a large, well-established food manufacturing operation seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead production in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and oversee second-shift production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production employees while promoting a strong safety culture Monitor production yields, efficiencies, and operational performance to meet production goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime What you’ll need: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring employees Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities SAP experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require What's In It For You Competitive base salary plus shift differential Annual bonus opportunity Relocation assistance for qualified candidates Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Long-term career growth with a stable, industry-leading manufacturing organization
