Fast Food Shift Manager

Job Description Job Description What You'll Do: Supervise and coach Front of House and Back of House team members during shifts to ensure fast, friendly service. Open or close the restaurant safely, including cash handling, drawer counts, and securing the building. Monitor food safety, quality control, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift. Handle customer service issues calmly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage shift breaks, station deployment, and keep team members motivated during peak rushes. Position Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in food service, retail, or restaurant leadership (Crew Lead or Shift Supervisor experience preferred). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed. The new 40-seat restaurant will be a Hong Kong cafe-style Chinese quick-service concept offering dine-in, pickup, delivery and catering. The menu includes baked rice and spaghetti, curry plates, grilled entrees, soup noodles, fried rice, chow mein, build-your-own plates, salads, snacks and traditional Hong Kong beverages. Approximately 40% of revenue is expected to come through online ordering and delivery platforms. The opening is targeted for late September or early October 2026.
