Learn more about our firm at: What you'll do You will plan and coordinate all firm training programs including new hire orientation, BW Accelerate , and other training initiatives. You will:

• Schedule and coordinate all internal training programs; handle all related logistics including room reservations, catering, training materials, and room set-up.
• Coordinate new hire orientation logistics, including planning orientation schedules, preparing first day materials, and planning new hire events ensuring smooth and effective integration of new hires.
• Maintain training and orientation related content on firm's intranet.
• Partner with internal trainers to maintain and update training materials as needed.
• Track continuing education and professional development requests.
• Liaise with external training partners to schedule and coordinate external training programs.
• Draft and send feedback surveys after trainings to assess the effectiveness of programs and share results with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage subscriptions for online training resources including DataCamp and LinkedIn Learning.
• Track, process, and code invoices; assist Director, Human Resources with annual L&D budget preparation.
• Conduct special projects as needed.

What you'll bring to the table

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role; experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• May require more than 40.0 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.

• Competitive compensation—the salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation on a discretionary basis.
