Joliet Staffing is Hiring Sanitation Associates!

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift

Position Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Cheese Sanitation Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing cheese production areas, equipment, and work surfaces according to company and food-safety standards.

• Clean and sanitize cheese production equipment and work areas.
• Follow established sanitation procedures and food-safety guidelines.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for proper cleaning.
• Remove food residue, debris, and buildup from equipment and surfaces.
• Use cleaning and sanitizing chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, drains, and production areas.
• Inspect areas and equipment to ensure proper sanitation.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality policies.
• Report any sanitation, safety, or equipment concerns to management.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform other sanitation duties as assigned.

• Previous sanitation or food-production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work 2nd shift .
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

Pay: $15.00/hour
