Bus Driver

Glendive Public Schools is looking for reliable and safety-focused bus drivers to transport students to and from school and activities. If you enjoy working with students and take pride in safe driving, this is a great opportunity to make a difference in our school community.

What you'll do:

• Safely drive a school bus on assigned routes and schedules
• Pick up and drop off students in a safe, orderly manner
• Transport students and staff to field trips and activities
• Maintain a clean bus and perform daily safety checks
• Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe environment
• Complete daily reports (mileage, routes, student counts)
• Provide basic first aid or emergency assistance if needed
• Follow all district policies and state transportation regulations

What we're looking for:

• Valid Montana CDL with required endorsements
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening, and medical requirements
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Dependable, patient, and able to manage student behavior
• Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail
