The community boasts a large tennis and pickle ball court complex, and a brand new Fitness Center complete with state of the art strength and cardio equipment, a large group fitness studio, and multiple pools.

Your Role:

Responsible for overseeing the fitness center to ensure smooth operations. Responsible for participating in programming and events in order to ensure optimal performance. Interacts with members and program participants to deliver safe, effective, and enjoyable equipment orientations, group fitness classes, and one-on-one consultations with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others in accordance with the objectives and policies set forth by Elevation Health. Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with members, be the face of the fitness program by delivering excellent customer service

• Provide fitness assessments

• Provide individual and group equipment orientations

• Provide personal fitness programs

• Create programming to engage residents in fitness and wellness (incentive programs, events, challenges, etc.)

• Web portal technology oversight and management

• Teach group fitness classes

• Create group fitness class schedules

• Hire, train, manage and supervise group exercise instructors and personal trainers (contractors)

• Personal training

• Client relationship- Communications and reporting (monthly and annually)

• Equipment preventative maintenance management

• Operate and follow all rules, regulations and security protocols provided by client

• Compliance with Centers of Excellence

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Emergency protocols

What we are looking for:

• CPR and AED certification - required

• Personal training certification - requires

• Personal training certification - required

• Group exercise instruction experience - required

• BS in Exercise Science or related field - preferred

• Wellness & Nutrition Coaching experience - a plus

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, Google Suite, and Canva
