Litigation Paralegal

Strategic Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Tampa law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented litigation professional who enjoys managing cases from inception through trial and thrives in a fast-paced defense practice.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage complex litigation files in state and federal courts

✅ Draft and respond to discovery

✅ Review and summarize case records

✅ Analyze case files and prepare detailed summaries for attorneys

✅ Coordinate with clients, experts, consultants, vendors, and other litigation stakeholders

✅ Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation

✅ Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and demonstrative evidence

✅ Track deadlines and maintain case management systems

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience

✔ Trial experience required

✔ Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures

✔ Strong document review, analysis, and case management experience within a litigation environment

✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
