Our Outreach team members are the lifeblood of our business; they know our product, partners, and patients better than anyone. In this role you’ll join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to our mission. You’ll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide much‑needed resources to thousands of people struggling with their mental health. As a champion of Charlie Health, you’ll ensure that every potential patient, parent, and provider can access our programs. Your work will directly impact our communities, and you’ll have the space to grow professionally. Responsibilities Develop and operationalize a go‑to‑market strategy for efficient new market penetration Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets Spend 4‑5 days per week in the field leading meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go‑forward marketing and product strategies Work closely with internal partners—including marketing, product, client success, and legal—to deliver on go‑to‑market goals Requirements Must be based in Palm Beach County, FL Must be fluent in English 1–4 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of owning and over‑achieving KPIs as a plus Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus Ability to travel locally—within one hour driving distance—with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to meet in person 4‑5 days per week Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style Strong project‑management skills and the ability to corral and manage details in a fast‑paced, fluid environment Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus Benefits Charlie Health offers comprehensive benefits to all full‑time, exempt employees. Learn more about our benefits . Additional Information The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $75,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance‑based bonus. Pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
