Trauma-Informed Community Case Manager
SAVE
SAVE in Fremont, California is looking for a Community Case Manager to offer crisis intervention and case management to survivors of domestic violence. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of around 25 survivors, providing support through our Empowerment Center. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree related to human services and at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
