We are looking for a high-energy real estate leader to help build and lead a growing Office culture focused on production, recruiting, coaching, and long-term success. This is NOT an administrative office manager position.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who :

• Meet set recruiting Goals

• Lead a powerful, topical, value-rich weekly Team meeting for Top Agents

• Consult Top 50 Agents to build high-performing, profitable businesses

• Build Relationships with Agents in the local real estate community through referrals and events

• Oversee and grow staff and systems that are in place for new agent growth

• Lead staff to build a high-performance Training Calendar

• Lead office retention through staff development and events

• Real Estate experience is required. Leadership or team-building experience is preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills required

• High emotional intelligence, high personal energy, and self-motivation are required

• Must have the ability to influence and inspire others

• A sales mindset is needed
