Estamos expandiéndonos agresivamente en Texas y buscamos un Gerente de Mercado motivado, profesional y enfocado en relaciones para liderar y hacer crecer el mercado de Houston. Descripción del Puesto El Gerente de Mercado es la cara de El Bandido Yankee en Houston. Será responsable de impulsar la distribución, construir relaciones sólidas con cuentas clave, activar la marca en bares, restaurantes y licorerías, y trabajar de la mano con nuestros equipos de distribución para incrementar visibilidad y volumen de ventas. Hablar español es una gran ventaja. Responsabilidades PrincipalesVentas y Distribución Construir relaciones sólidas con cuentas on-premise y off-premise en toda el área de Houston. Generar nuevas colocaciones y asegurar presencia en menús, exhibiciones y visibilidad de marca. Manejar y expandir el universo de cuentas para alcanzar metas mensuales y trimestrales. Realizar visitas y recorridos semanales con representantes del distribuidor. Monitorear desempeño: depletions, brechas de distribución y crecimiento en cuentas clave. Construcción de Marca y Activaciones Ejecutar degustaciones, promociones y activaciones que eleven la presencia de la marca. Administrar alianzas locales, oportunidades con influencers y presencia comunitaria. Asegurar que el POS, exhibiciones y estándares de marca se implementen correctamente. Gestión del Mercado Construir un plan estratégico para el mercado — priorizar zonas, cuentas y oportunidades clave. Proporcionar reportes semanales precisos, KPIs y análisis competitivo. Administrar el presupuesto local para promociones, eventos y POS. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo corporativo de El Bandido Yankee. Radicado en Houston, TX. Preferiblemente bilingüe (Inglés/Español). 2+ años de experiencia en ventas de licores, manejo de distribuidores o industria de hospitalidad. Relaciones fuertes con bares, restaurantes y tiendas de licores en Houston. Extrovertido, organizado, con mentalidad competitiva y orientada a relaciones. Proactivo, con mentalidad de dueño — trabaja bien sin supervisión constante. Pasión por el tequila y la industria de bebidas alcohólicas. Salario base competitivo + bonos por desempeño.
