We're looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on team member to support both our office and warehouse operations!
Responsibilities:
- Process, pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Print shipping labels and coordinate shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory and organize the warehouse
- Handle customer calls, emails, returns, and order questions
- Assist with invoices, records, and general office tasks
- Keep the office and warehouse clean and organized
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move boxes throughout the day
- Order fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, or office experience is a plus
