Client Support Specialist

To support the delivery of virtual care benefits, the full-time Client Support Specialist will respond to client, broker, and internal inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Serve as the first responder for client, broker, and internal stakeholder inquiries, ensuring efficient issue resolution Contribute to the development of best practices by documenting client interactions and providing feedback for service improvements Manage multiple support tickets simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact Required qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a technical support, customer support, or client services role Experience with helpdesk or CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce ServiceCloud Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship building Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
