Through your dedication and expertise, you will play a critical role in helping UBS provide a seamless and differentiated client experience. We’re looking for a Client Service Representative to: Assist clients with all UBS Bank USA banking product related activities, such as account opening, money movement, balance inquiries, fees, general account management Provide high end support to inquiries from clients, Advisors, S/WMBs, and branch staff Provide 360 resolution for all inquiries, including escalations and complaints Understand and adhere to key Risk, Fraud, and Compliance processes Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with Financial Advisor teams, key branch personnel, S/WMBs and other partners Educate and assist client with account features (such as money movement and account types), preferences, and digital capabilities Broaden and strengthen existing and new client relationships with superior service The team You’ll be working in the Nashville or Weehawken office and will report to a Client Service Representative Lead.
