Data quality review and control

Build and run analyses to identify anomalies and address them

Perform reconciliation between source and disclosure reports

Optimize process to enhance efficiency

Identify process gaps and works with process/sources owner on corrective measures

Maintain documentation for new and existing transparency processes (State Reporting)

Conduct periodic audits to ensure adequate controls are in place

Monitor and maintain data reference information, e.g. mappings and hierarchies

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Manage high volume data
• In depth knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Federal and State Transparency HCP/HCO payment disclosure preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university

Area of specialization: Data process, Data analytics, Finance, Audit, Business

5 – 7 Years working experience, Healthcare industry experience preferred
