Competitive Pay Starting pay up to $36.48/hour based on experience Progress to $38.49/hour within your first year $0.70/hour night shift differential Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) Retirement Plan Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage Additional voluntary benefits Work-Life Balance 12-hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Alternating 36- and 48-hour workweeks Work approximately half the year Overtime opportunities available Paid Time Off 11 paid holidays annually 48 hours of vacation after 4 months 96 hours of vacation after 1 year Additional vacation with tenure Paid training and skill development Free on-site fitness center Employee and family events Strong safety and teamwork culture What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment Perform preventive maintenance and inspections Work with hydraulic systems, welding, fabrication, rigging, and material handling equipment Assemble and disassemble machinery Maintain a safe and productive work environment Qualifications Required Industrial maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen Preferred Military mechanical experience Welding experience or certifications PMX Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
