Contributing to Our Team You will assist the Account Executive with all aspects of project and major account management, acting as a liaison between project management, design, operations, and clients. Though entry level, there is ample opportunity to grow. Duties and Responsibilities Develop a firm understanding of the sales process, product development, visual merchandising and retail. Effectively and efficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Acumatica programs. Maintain an organized workspace to support project schedules and spreadsheets for multiple accounts. Use problem solving skills to resolve discrepancies that may arise. Work efficiently to meet client specified deadlines. Maintain an effective working relationship with the Account Executive within a team‑like environment. Perform general office duties including organizing and filing paperwork, answering general phone calls and providing backup for other teams as needed. Qualifications College degree preferred (preferably in merchandising, public relations, advertising or business). Highly organized with the ability to multitask and switch focus quickly across multiple projects. Efficient and accurate computer data entry skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, acting with a sense of urgency and adhering to set deadlines. Enthusiastic and personable demeanor with strong customer focus.
