Custom Closets Project Coordinator The Custom Closets Project Coordinator is responsible for daily communication with customers, stores, and third‑party contractors/installers, managing information flow among all parties involved in the installation process. This role works closely with Custom Closets Designers, the Store team, and the Customer Solutions Department. Responsibilities Process custom closets orders (new orders, replacements, add‑ons, service orders) Partner with the Design team to ensure a smooth transition from design to installation Build and maintain relationships with stores, third‑party contractors/installers, and internal groups such as Transportation and Store Operations to communicate order activity and progress Facilitate communication of issues related to custom closet orders to the appropriate audience Communicate consistently with the team and identify information using available resources Collaborate with the team to manage multiple calls, emails, and inquiries Adjust installation orders for changes in price and schedule when applicable Maintain knowledge of Custom Closet products, related components, and processes Provide Certificate of Insurance to involved parties based on customer building requirements Identify and communicate opportunities for increased efficiency Maintain awareness of current and upcoming sales promotions Consistently arrive promptly to work the assigned schedule Maintain discretion with confidential and sensitive company and customer information Perform other requested tasks and duties as assigned Qualifications College degree preferred Experience in customer service preferred; retail experience a plus; 2‑5 years of selling experience preferred Design experience a plus Based in the Dallas/Ft.
