Electro-Mechanical Assembler - Alpharetta, Ga

Were currently seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a key partner in the electric mobility and transportation equipment sector. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong wiring and mechanical assembly experience to join a team that values precision, quality, and American craftsmanship.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM 3:30PM

Pay Rate: $21-$23ph depending on experience and interview

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, bills of materials, and work orders to determine assembly requirements.
Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and technical specifications.
Use measuring instruments like calipers to ensure components meet specified tolerances.
Drill, tap, ream, and countersink as needed to prepare components for assembly.
Inspect, fit, and align parts for proper installation and performance.
Perform visual inspections for surface defects and verify dimensional accuracy.
Clean and prepare parts and work areas using standard cleaning procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Solid experience in electro-mechanical assembly and electrical wiring.
Proficiency in reading and working from complex schematic drawings.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Strong English communication skills (read, write, and speak).
A team player mindset with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Advanced wiring experience with complex systems.
Deep understanding of schematic interpretation and technical documentation.
