Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana (71105) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, plus one Friday per quarter

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing pediatric outpatient center in Shreveport, LA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on helping children reach their fullest potential.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, energetic, and passionate about working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy focused on improving daily living and functional skills
  • Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary care team
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Create a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment
Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Current Louisiana OT licensure (or eligibility)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for working with children is required
