THE OPPORTUNITY
StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting an Endocrinologist to join a well-established multispecialty group of 65 physicians in California's Central Valley. You'll work alongside 2 endocrinologists and a dedicated dietitian in a 100% outpatient practice with no call requirements — the kind of lifestyle-friendly endocrinology role that's increasingly rare. The patient population is diverse with strong demand for diabetes management, thyroid care, and gestational diabetes services.

PRACTICE DETAILS
• Full-time employed, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — flexible scheduling
• 100% outpatient — no call requirements
• Daily census: 16 patients per clinic day
• Case mix: Type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, thyroid disorders, and general endocrinology
• Athena EMR with Dragon dictation capabilities
• Accepting all insurances — broad patient access
• 65-physician multispecialty group with strong internal referral network

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary range: $225,228 – $324,858 (based on qualifications, experience, and productivity)

REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
