Job Description Job Summary: Provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Ensures compliance with regulatory licensing, certification, and accreditation standards. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluate communication, cognitive, and swallowing functions.
- Review patient information prior to evaluations and throughout treatment to tailor therapy plans.
- Document patient assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
- Instruct and supervise support staff, including assistants, in accordance with federal and state practice acts.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to patient outcomes to inform care strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations and patient care.
- Hold a Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possess a valid Speech Pathologist license in the practice state.
- Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Have at least two years of relevant speech language pathology experience (preferred).
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred).
