Role Description The Sales and Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA. This position is responsible for leading all sales and marketing efforts to drive occupancy, grow revenue, and promote Charter Senior Living’s services within the local market. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing community marketing plans, managing the sales process from inquiry through move-in, and building strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. The role involves overseeing sales operations, maintaining accurate reports and forecasts, collaborating with the community leadership team, and ensuring that all outreach efforts reflect Charter Senior Living’s values and commitment to resident satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales and Business Development to grow occupancy and build sustainable referral networks.
• Candidates should possess experience in Sales Operations to manage pipelines, reporting, and performance metrics effectively.
• Candidates should possess advanced Customer Service skills to support prospective residents and families with empathy and professionalism.
• Candidates should possess proven Team Management skills to lead and coach sales and marketing staff toward shared goals.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in senior living or healthcare, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with CRM and office software, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior leadership experience in a sales or marketing role.
