Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license (or eligibility) in Ohio
• Preferred school-based experience across K-12 populations
• Familiarity with IEP development, assessments, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt techniques for students at different developmental stages

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expert input and recommendations
• Maintain detailed records of services and student progress in compliance with district policies
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student participation in the classroom
• Support students in developing essential communication and social skills for academic and personal success
