Associate Real Estate Lawyer
Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a global law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Associate to join their Real Estate team based in Dallas.
Job Role
Not only is this a chance to work on a variety of other intricate real estate transactions, such as purchase, disposition, and development projects, the lawyer will largely concentrate on real estate secured finance transactions.
Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Creating and negotiating mortgage loan paperwork
- Supervising real estate due diligence, including the examination of leases and project papers, as well as title and survey reviews
- Examining corporate organizational records and opinions about the legality of mortgage loans
- Organizing closings
- Collaborating with loan providers
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Three years or more of transactional experience in commercial real estate finance.
- Outstanding writing and communication abilities.
- Outstanding academic qualifications.
- Bar admittance in Texas.
