salary: $66,560 - $83,200 per year

work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment
• Diagnose issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and modify PLC ladder logic
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and equipment inspections
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairs
• Install and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Repair or replace valves, regulators, gauges, and related components
• Maintain equipment through cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments
• Assist with equipment installations and machine moves
• Perform minor facility maintenance, including basic HVAC support
• Partner with operations to quickly diagnose and resolve production issues

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working weekends

Skills

• Hydraulics (3 years of experience is required)
• Pneumatics
• Maintaining valves and pumps (3 years of experience is required)
• Plastics production machinery (3 years of experience is required)
• 3 phase/480v (3 years of experience is required)
• GMP (3 years of experience is required)
