We’re Didion Milling, a company that powers communities and industries through innovation. As our In-Process Quality Technician, you’ll be the guardian of product integrity through every shift.

Where and when

• Schedule: 6PM–6AM | 4 day on/4 days off
• Location: Cambria, WI
• Compensation: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)
• Night Differential: +$3.00/hour
• Extra PTO: 40 hours annually

Your mission

Keep products safe, compliant, and consistent. You’ll execute hands-on tests, document results, and collaborate with production to resolve issues before they become problems.

• Conduct routine testing and inspections to confirm quality and safety
• Enter, review, and analyze data within computer systems
• Maintain food-safe conditions by following SOPs and GMPs
• Adjust swiftly as priorities shift to maintain flow
• Contribute to a culture of precision and continuous improvement

Good news: This is practical, physical testing and on-floor quality verification—no chemistry or advanced lab experience necessary.

What it takes

• Dependable track record of showing up and following through
• Meticulous eye for detail and quality
• Comfort operating in regulated, food-safe environments
• Basic computer skills with eagerness to learn more
• Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency
• Team-first approach and growth mindset

Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance helps—but we’ll train the right candidate.
