Junior Medical Recruiter

To support the recruitment efforts in emergency medicine, the full-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist the Senior Medical Recruiter with updating facility sheets, screening candidates, and managing onboarding processes in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Partner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to maintain and update facility sheets and job postings Assist in screening candidates and conducting reference checks while managing candidate records in recruitment systems Source and engage potential candidates through networking, cold calling, and social media Required qualifications 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience with Taleo is preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management Knowledge of basic human resource principles and best practices in recruiting
