Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• Experience treating an average of 14 patients per day

Assignment Details

• Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday.
• Shift hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Expected workload includes an average of 14 patients per day.
