What We're Looking For:

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
✔ Basic math skills
✔ Effective communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
✔ Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced environment
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔ Eagerness to learn all aspects of warehouse operations
✔ Valid California Drivers License

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and stock incoming materials in an organized manner
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Learn and utilize internal inventory and billing systems
• Organize warehouse inventory and restock shelves as needed
• Verify and inspect completed orders before delivery
• Assist customers with loading materials
• Unload delivery trucks
• Process product returns
• Operate a sit-down forklift (training available for qualified candidates)
• Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse, breakroom, and customer areas
• Monitor inventory levels and notify purchasing when stock is low
• Support counter sales staff and assist customers as product knowledge grows
• Make local material deliveries and pickups when needed
