Job Description This position is an entry level starting point for an insurance agency office manager. The goal is to learn the wide range of duties our managers handle on a daily basis to get you prepared for one of our office manager roles Benefits Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: new agent and producer onboarding daily training for new and existing producers agency service work tied to new business and renewal policies monitoring and adjusting of lead volumes, drip campaigns and pipelines Requirements No insurance license or experience necessary. Must be able to obtain a California Property and Casualty license within 90 days.
