We are building enterprise‑scale AI and data platforms that support advanced analytics and GenAI solutions across highly regulated and data sensitive domains such as Government, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Energy, and Health.We are now seeking a Senior AI/Data Platform Engineer with a strong focus on privacy first data handling, PII protection, and Azure based data platforms. The primary focus of this role is designing and operating secure, scalable Azure AI data platforms that enable advanced AI and GenAI use cases while ensuring robust governance, privacy, and compliance at enterprise scale.This is a hands‑on role that blends modern AI data engineering with strong principles of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities1. Privacy‑first AI data platforms (primary focus)Design and operate Azure‑based data platforms supporting AI, ML, and GenAI workloadsImplement privacy by design architectures for handling PII and sensitive dataApply data classification, masking, tokenization, anonymization, and access‑control strategiesEnsure compliance with GDPR and enterprise data governance standards2. AI & GenAI enablementEnable GenAI use cases (RAG, semantic search, AI assistants) on governed and secured dataImplement secure data access patterns for LLMs and agent‑based workflowsCollaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure models can safely operate on sensitive datasetsSupport vector search and embedding pipelines with strong security boundaries3.
