Pay Rate: $25/h Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Hybrid schedule - will need to travel to New Bedford, Fairhaven and Lakeville 3x a week for hiring eventsWhat You'll DoPartner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruiting strategiesSource, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of openingsConduct phone screens and select qualified candidates for interviewsSchedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experienceExtend employment offers and assist with offer negotiationsUtilize traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talentMaintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support hiring events and other recruitment initiatives as neededWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 1 year of recruiting experience; staffing industry is a big plus!Experience using ATS platforms and online sourcing toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneouslyKnowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practicesAbility to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levelsWhy Join Us?Temp-to-hire opportunityWeekly PayMake a meaningful impact on organizational growth through strategic hiringSupportive team culture focused on excellence, innovation, and diversityIf you're ready to take the next step in your recruiting career and help connect great talent with great opportunities, apply today!
