About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) to lead the digital and information technology strategy in alignment with its core missions of clinical care, education, and research. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and visionary leader, responsible for ensuring that the IT strategy is fully integrated with the organization's broader mission. This pivotal role involves fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, and partnering with academic and clinical stakeholders to enhance patient care and advance strategic objectives. The CDIO will also be accountable for defining and advancing the organization's digital and information technology strategy, with a focus on enhancing patient safety, improving the patient and provider experience, and driving operational performance. Applicants for the CDIO position at the company should be excellent communicators, collaborative team players, and mentors with a proven track record of success as technology leaders within a health system. Experience in leading large-scale technology transformations, particularly in the context of an academic medical center and community-based healthcare, is highly valued.
