Quality Assurance Analyst

Minimum position qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance and/or software testing position
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• 1 year of experience with defect management and using defect management tools
• Experience using Adobe Analytics is a MUST
• Experience using Power BI is a plus
• Must have a general understanding of clickstream/behavioral analytics data

Responsibilities:

• Define and put into place an end-to-end testing and monitoring QA process of Adobe Analytics data
• Setup monitoring to catch bugs prior to production to coordinate with development release cycles
• Establish a process for responding to production bugs in coordination with domain teams
• Serve as the liaison with front end development teams to address data bugs
• Leverage technical expertise to identify where in the data collection ecosystem the bug is and triage tickets to appropriate teams
• Provide oversight to ensure test suites are well maintained and operational
• Provide ideas and feedback on test automation frameworks and opportunities to improve
• Understand Kroger's core quality metrics and how to utilize them to foster quality improvement
• Participate in all ceremonies, meetings, and sessions held for the project and team
• Perform Manual Testing functions
