We have a high-paying CRNA locum opportunity in Chicago, IL , starting April, 2026 . This is a 13-week contract with extensions available, offering $240-250/hr and a $375/day stipend for non-local providers. Candidates must have 2+ years of Epic EMR experience and commit to at least 3 weeks/month. See full details below:

Location: Chicago, IL
\n ️ Start Date: November 3, 2025
Contract Length: 13 weeks (extensions available)
Pay Rate: $250/hr (1099)
Stipend: $375/day worked (non-local candidates only)
\n ⏳ Credentialing Timeframe: ~3.5–4 months

Schedule:
\n • 4-10s per week (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
\n • 2 weeks/month
\n • No weekends or call required

Practice Details:
\n • Supervised model – never independent
\n • Daily patient volume: 4–8
\n • EMR: Epic – must have 2+ years Epic experience
\n • Case mix: Adults only, no OB, no neuro, no hearts
\n • MAC and general anesthesia required

✅ Requirements:
\n • NBCRNA Certified CRNA
\n • Illinois license preferred , but open to licensing (must apply within 10 days of offer)
\n • BLS required
\n • DEA + IL CSR required
\n • 2+ years of experience required
\n • Reference contact info required at submission (Rush will call)

Important Notes:
\n • All RTO must be declared at time of submission – no exceptions post-contract
\n • Orientation: 1–3 days depending on future updates
\n • $375/day stipend is flat – no itemized travel/lodging reimbursement
