Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The district is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is data-driven and enthusiastic about collaborating with educators and staff. As this is a newly established role within the district, your expertise will play a pivotal role in building behavioral programming from the ground up.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active BCBA certification and relevant experience in educational settings
• Analytical mindset, with a keen ability to utilize data for decision-making
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, school psychologists, and staff
• Confidence in working with both general education and special education students
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites within the district
• Familiarity with conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and writing effective behavior intervention plans
• Willingness to provide references and a redacted FBA sample as part of the submission

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral services to students across general and special education classrooms
• Conduct classroom and student observations, including those in emotional support settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Lead Functional Behavioral Assessments
• Participate actively in IEP meetings to help craft effective supports
• Collaborate closely with school-based teams including teachers, school psychologists, and support staff
• Commit to onsite presence five days a week across three school sites, providing consistent support and visibility
