IT Product Manager (m/f/d)

As an IT product manager, you will support our product team in the continuous development of our software solutions for highly regulated areas and critical infrastructures. You will ensure that we develop outstanding solutions that inspire your team, our customers and other stakeholders alike. You will accompany the entire process of new product functions from conception, interface design and user stories through implementation, quality assurance and documentation to market launch. Together with the Product Owner, you will be responsible for cost calculation, project management, controlling and reporting and support the design of a roadmap that fits our product strategy. Depending on the industry focus, the products you manage focus on: Manufacturers of IVD and medical devices – with the BAYOOSOFT Risk Manager The area of IT security – with BAYOOSOFT Access Manager and gpg4o Your profile Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification Practical experience in project or product management of demanding software projects/products Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban Experience with industry-specific requirements is an advantage Process and customer-oriented mindset Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure environments is an advantage Very good written and spoken German and English skills In addition to technical and professional know-how, you are characterized by social competence. You are reliable, committed and flexible. You listen actively, analyze customer requirements thoroughly and have a high degree of independence as well as the ability to work in a team.
