Sales Operations Support Coordinator


Location: Yakima, WA

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery, and service issues.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team throughout the sales process.
• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Collaborate with customers, sales representatives, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve order-related issues.
• Support efforts to achieve and exceed sales goals by maintaining strong customer relationships and proactive communication.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services through ongoing training.
• Assist with contract-related activities, including renewals, quotes, and customer requirement clarification.
• Demonstrate active listening and consultative communication skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Review, proof, and process data with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple priorities, projects, customer accounts, and interruptions effectively.
• Analyze data and apply critical thinking to support business decisions and customer needs.
• Assist with managed services contract placement and coordination.
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams to address escalated customer concerns.
• Create and submit purchase orders to suppliers.
• Coordinate with distribution partners to ensure on-time product delivery.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business (preferred), Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, inside sales, operations, or administrative support is highly desirable.
• Invoicing and payment processing experience required
• Shipping/receiving experience preferred

• Additional language skills are a plus but not required.
