Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop's signature service and quality. Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards. Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution. Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Two years of experience in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Must have authorization to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license required.
