Senior FP&A Analyst, Real Estate Finance & Cash Flow
NexCore Group
NexCore Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Corporate Finance team. The role will focus on cash flow analysis, earnings forecasting, budgeting, debt covenant monitoring, and collaboration with divisional leaders to clearly articulate financial opportunities to NexCore’s leadership. This role requires 3–5 years of FP&A experience in real estate or private equity, strong Excel modeling, and excellent communication skills for executive interactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr NexCore Group
