Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?The Senior Recruiting Specialist - Corporate is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for professional, technical, and corporate positions across multiple business functions. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Global Programs, this role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and senior business leaders, supporting both experienced hiring and the creation of new organizational capabilities. This position requires a highly organized recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing confidential and strategic searches while simultaneously supporting enterprise hiring initiatives. The successful candidate will develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, facilitate structured interview processes, oversee offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding activities, and partner with Compensation, HRIS, and HR Business Partners to establish new positions and organizational structures within SAP SuccessFactors.Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for corporate, technical, professional, and leadership positions across multiple business functions.Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand organizational needs, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategies.Conduct intake meetings and create structured interview guides and selection criteria that support consistent and effective hiring decisions.Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, industry networks, referrals, and other recruiting platforms to identify passive and active talent.Assist with highly confidential searches while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and offer processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.Partner with Compensation and HRIS to create new job profiles, position IDs (PIDs), organizational structures, and requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors for newly established positions.Coordinate onboarding activities for domestic new hires, including pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, equipment requests, and visa/work authorization processing for North America where applicable.Collaborate with IT, HR, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure new hires have the resources necessary for a successful start.Support enterprise recruiting initiatives, leadership development programs, internship and graduate programs, succession planning efforts, and other strategic talent acquisition projects as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, or executive-level hiring.Experience recruiting across multiple corporate disciplines including Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Operations Support, or similar functions.Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.Experience managing confidential searches with a high degree of discretion.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.Preferred Skills:Experience using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.Experience creating job profiles, Position IDs (PIDs), organizational structures, and requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors.Knowledge of compensation administration and offer development in partnership with Compensation teams.Experience supporting employment-based work authorization or visa processes within North America.Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Advanced sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, networking events, and talent mapping methodologies.Experience supporting enterprise recruiting initiatives, graduate programs, internship programs, or strategic talent acquisition projects.Ability to influence leaders and provide consultative recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.Walk short distances.Reach above and/or below shoulder.Handle/grasp documents or office equipment.Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods of time.Lift/carry/move objects, files and documents up to 10 pounds.Work in an office environment using standard office equipment.Talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone.Maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.Perks & Benefits:Access your pay when you need it through DailyPay app!On the spot awards offered through the Awardco Platform including gift cards and more!Multiple options for both full and part-time employees!Travel Discounts, Pet insurance, Discount Shopping & More!Wellness Programs offered to all employees!401k program offered!Opportunity for Internal Mobility and transfers available!WFS is an equal opportunity employer committed to employment equity and inclusion.
