Strong Salesforce Test Management Experience Proven experience leading testing for large-scale Salesforce transformations as a Test Manager, QA Manager, or senior test lead, including governance, strategy, defect management, and release readiness.

Deep OmniStudio / OmniScript Testing Expertise Hands-on experience defining and overseeing testing for Salesforce OmniStudio and OmniScript , including functional, integration, regression, automation, and end-to-end testing.

Enterprise-Wide Testing Leadership Ability to manage complex testing programs covering integration, data migration, security, automation, UAT, regression, and production readiness across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Leadership of Distributed QA Teams Experience leading and coordinating onshore/offshore QA resources while partnering with architects, developers, business teams, data teams, and integration teams.

Salesforce Utilities/Energy Cloud Preferred Strong preference for candidates with experience testing Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud , the Clean Energy Module , and utility/regulated-industry customer platforms with SAP BTP and API integrations.
