The Insurance Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing expert guidance on various insurance products and services. This position calls for strong customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to negotiate favorable policy terms while actively marketing our solutions. Pay and details From $40,000 per year Full-time, Monday to Friday In person at our office at 23227 Red River Drive, Katy, TX 77494 Must be able to commute to Katy, TX 77494, or relocate before starting work What you'll do Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products Communicate clearly with clients to explain policy details and coverage options Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to achieve favorable outcomes Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Conduct outside sales activities to expand the client base Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies What we're looking for A strong background in retail sales or outside sales is preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus The ability to market insurance products effectively A customer service mindset focused on client satisfaction Protecting Texas families and businesses with wholesale rates from hundreds of carriers.
