Position Overview

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting strategic marketing campaigns, and driving sales performance at partnered retail locations throughout the Greensboro market.

This role combines customer service, sales, marketing, business development, event execution, and leadership training, making it an excellent fit for candidates seeking hands-on professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence and support all aspects of the sales and marketing campaign process
• Execute strategic table events and retail promotions for new product rollouts
• Represent client brands professionally in customer-facing environments
• Drive sales growth through customer engagement and consultative presentations
• Support territory expansion and business development initiatives
• Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships

Qualifications
