Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will utilize critical thinking and multiple software tools to assist customers, manage inquiries, and provide effective solutions while maintaining a collaborative team culture. Key responsibilities Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions while ensuring accurate order status information Collaborate with various departments to support customer needs and handle escalated situations with care Deliver friendly and efficient solutions through phone, live chat, and email to enhance customer experience and loyalty Required qualifications Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed No degree required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
