Role Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Responsibilities Provide rapid, high-quality emergency care by assessing, triaging, and monitoring patients; administering medications and treatments; assisting physicians; documenting patient conditions; educating patients; and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective care in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Requires one year of recent ER experience, valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. Essential skills include critical thinking, strong communication, physical stamina, technical proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
