Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) - Local Resource Pool

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join a market-based respiratory resource team, providing safe and continuous quality patient care across multiple facilities within the Greater Charlotte area. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering patient-centered respiratory care in various clinical settings Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs Ensuring safety and adherence to quality standards Working across 3-4 locations within the assigned market Qualifications And Skills Current RCP licensure in the appropriate state, required Bachelor’s degree preferred Competency in respiratory therapy practice Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and safety principles Additional Details Full-time night shift (7pm to 7am) Opportunities for career growth, mentoring, and specialty training Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and professional development support #J-18808-Ljbffr Proforma Health
