About the Role
PG&E is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Program Analyst to support a large-scale SAP business transformation initiative within the Power Generation organization. This role focuses on business readiness, project coordination, operational support, and change management — helping teams prepare for adoption of new processes and systems ahead of the April 2027 go-live.
This is not a technical SAP configuration role . Instead, the team is looking for someone who can help coordinate workstreams, track progress, manage documentation, and support organizational readiness across multiple stakeholders and departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support business readiness and operational coordination activities for the Propel SAP transformation initiative
• Track project activities, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status updates across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, Scrum support activities, and stakeholder communications
• Help create and maintain job aids, process documentation, procedures, training support materials, and readiness documentation
• Monitor project progress and identify blockers, gaps, or risks that could impact go-live readiness
• Support leadership reporting by synthesizing project data into actionable updates and insights
• Serve as a connector between business teams, project leaders, and operational stakeholders
• Help organize and manage information coming from multiple teams in a fast-paced transformation environment
• Support change management and process adoption efforts across Power Generation teams
• Maintain tracking and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Jira, and AI/Copilot tools
Required Qualifications
• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, change management, business operations, or program support
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience tracking complex workstreams, schedules, risks, and dependencies
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively through ambiguity
• Experience supporting large operational, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives
• Strong written communication skills and ability to develop process documentation and readiness materials
• Experience with Excel and reporting/tracking tools; exposure to Power BI and Jira preferred
• Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments
• SAP or S/4HANA exposure is helpful, but not required
• Comfortable with approximately 25% travel to field offices as needed
