Founding Voice & Distribution Lead Compensation: $275,000 – $325,000 (base + equity + profit sharing). Role Overview We’re building a truth engine for shopping and need a dedicated writer to amplify our CEO’s voice across LinkedIn, Substack, blog, and beyond. This role is not marketing or brand leadership; it’s the first senior content specialist at Product.ai who shapes and extends the founder’s narrative. Responsibilities Own and publish every CEO LinkedIn essay, Substack piece, company blog post, social derivative, and other artifacts. Develop a scalable model of the founder’s voice and enable rapid drafting for the CEO, keeping edits light. Build and maintain a dual‑brand content architecture for Product.ai and SimplyCodes. Implement distribution mechanics – SEO, AI‑era distribution, earned citations – and measure impact across key platforms. Maintain a weekly publishing cadence, coordinating editorial and operational plans. Qualifications Extensive, distinct writing experience with a clear prose style. Three recent writing samples that demonstrate metric impact, audience growth, or other measurable results. Experience building or managing a production process powered by AI. Strong understanding of content measurement, SEO, and distributed publishing. Ability to adopt and replicate a CEO’s voice with minimal edits. Preferred experience at companies such as Stripe, Notion, Webflow, Vercel, or Figma. Not a personal newsletter or brand prioritised over this role. Evaluation Process Submit one strong written artifact that showcases voice, judgment, and reasoning. Provide a short video demonstrating thought around voice, distribution, and trust in the AI era. Engage in a conversation with the CEO to assess chemistry and fit. Participate in a paid 90‑day diagnostic ($12,000/month) to demonstrate capability before full‑time conversion. Compensation & Benefits First‑year total compensation: $275,000 – $325,000. Base: $150,000 – $180,000. Equity: Profits Interest Units (PIUs) – 2.0% to 3.0% Class B membership with a $0 strike price and tax‑friendly treatment. Profit sharing: annual pro‑rata share of free cash flow. Liquidity: annual tender offer for vested interests. Benefits: 100% premium coverage for employee and family, unlimited PTO. Location Santa Monica, hybrid.
